Owl Canyon is 8 miles north of Barstow on BLM land in Rainbow Basin. The 22-site campground offers first-come, first-served camping at $6/night with picnic tables and fire rings at each site. Vault toilets and a central water tap (delivered weekly) are available. No hookups or dump station. Nearby towns Baker and Barstow offer dump services.
