Lobo Group Campground sits in a pine forest at 6,400 feet elevation within the Barton Flats area of the San Bernardino Mountains. Designed for single-group stays, the facility accommodates up to 75 people and 15 vehicles for tent or RV camping, though it offers no utility hookups. On-site amenities include dirt roads, flush toilets, drinking water, multiple picnic tables, grills, and a campfire circle with benches. Visitors have direct access to the Santa Ana River Trail and Rio Monte Trail, with non-motorized boating and trout fishing nearby at Jenks Lake and the Santa Ana River.

Getting there: Take I-10 East to Redlands. Take the University Street exit, EXIT 80. Turn left (northbound) on University Street. Turn right onto E. Lugonia Avenue/SR-38. Continue on State Highway 38 for approximately 22 miles to the campground entrance.
