The facility features 99 individual campsites suitable for tents and RVs, offering a mix of sun and shade. Amenities include flush toilets, drinking water, and an RV dump station, though no hookups are available. Hiking trails leave directly from the campground, and rock climbing routes sit within a 30-minute drive. Additional services such as showers and laundry are available five miles away in Yucca Valley.
Getting there: Take Interstate 10 to Route 62 into the town of Yucca Valley. Turn south on Joshua Lane and follow signs to campground, about five miles from the turn. If coming south on Highway 247, go straight across Highway 62 and continue onto Joshua Lane. There will be no sign for the park as you cross Route 62.
