Setting
Marion Mountain Campground is located seven miles north of Idyllwild at an elevation of 6,400 feet, shaded by cedar and pine trees. Potable water is not guaranteed, so campers should bring their own supply. Rock climbing is available on boulders within the facility, and the nearby 11.8-mile Marion Mountain Trail leads to San Jacinto Peak.
