Mountain campground at 5,400-foot elevation in Mount San Jacinto State Park. 31 developed sites including electric and full-hookup options; nine tent-only sites available. Flush toilets, coin-operated showers, picnic tables, fire rings. Town of Idyllwild adjacent with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Access to trails toward San Jacinto Peak (10,834 feet, California's highest state park peak). Pine and oak forest setting. Cooler alpine climate; popular year-round destination.
