Setting
Lone Rock Campground sits at an elevation of 5,000 feet along the shores of Antelope Lake in Plumas National Forest. Shaded by tall pine and fir trees, the campground offers single sites for tent and RV camping, including several waterfront locations with views across the lake. Each site includes a picnic table and a campfire ring with a grill. On-site amenities feature vault toilets, drinking water, an amphitheater, and overflow parking for secondary vehicles. Lake access supports swimming, boating, and trout fishing, while the Sunset Point Trail originates nearby.
Getting there: Take Arlington Road off Highway 89 (near Crescent Mills) to Taylorsville Road, continuing on Genesee Road and Indian Creek Road to Antelope Lake.
