Setting
South of Walker along U.S. Highway 395 at 6,600 feet in Jeffrey pine forest. Single and double-family sites with picnic tables, flush toilets, potable water, food storage lockers, and campfire rings. West Walker River offers fishing. $28/night single, $6 additional vehicle. Open late May–mid-September. Bridgeport Ranger District, Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest.
Getting there: From Bridgeport, drive approximately 22 miles north on U.S. Highway 395. Campground is on left hand side of highway in Walker Canyon.
