Back Ranch Meadows Walk-in Campground in CA -- Campground & RV Camping

Thirty-three walk-in tent sites spread across glade and hillside terrain at China Camp State Park on San Pablo Bay's northwest shore, four miles east of San Rafael. Sites sit 50–300 yards from parking, each with picnic table, wooden food locker, fire ring, and grill. Potable water, hot showers, and flush toilets serve the camp. The park preserves a historic Chinese American shrimp-fishing village established in the 1880s. Trails connect through open forest, meadows, and salt marsh with bay views. Mountain biking and hiking trails anchor the recreation.
