Setting
Cedar Bluff Campground sits at an elevation of 3,400 feet in a dense Ponderosa pine forest adjacent to Bass Lake in Sierra National Forest. Designed for multi-family camping, the site offers double, triple, and quad layout units. Each campsite is built with a paved parking spur, picnic table, grill, and campfire ring. On-site amenities include drinking water and accessible flush toilets. Nearby Bass Lake features public boat ramps and beaches for swimming, fishing, and watersports, while local footpaths like the Willow Creek and Goat Mountain trails stem off around the lake.
Getting there: From Fresno, California: Take Highway 41 north through Oakhurst. Turn right onto Forest Road 222 (toward Bass Lake) and keep right for 3.5 miles to the Bass Lake Campground office. Continue southeast on Forest Road 222 for approximately 2.75 miles to Cedar Bluff Campground.
