Campground in Mendocino National Forest 36 miles northwest of Elk Creek, 15 miles east of Eel River Station on Forest Highway 7. Vault toilets, picnic tables. Two small lakes (3-4 acres each) for trout fishing. Non-motorized boating permitted; swimming not recommended. Mixed pine and fir forest setting. Operates seasonally May-September at $10 per night; off-season free. Check-in 2 p.m., check-out 11 a.m.
