Silver Creek Group Campground is nestled under ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, with South Fork Silver Creek flowing through its southern end. This single group tent site accommodates up to 40 people with 9 walk-to units, 4 parking spur sites, a central kitchen area, and one large group fire ring. There is no drinking water on site. Guests can fish and swim in the creek for trout, or head less than two miles to Ice House Reservoir for motorboating, jet skiing, and trail access.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.

A group campground -- most of them shaded. Big Hill Ridge stands 804 ft above the site, 1.4 miles northwest. The nearest town, Pollock Pines, is 12 mi off.
