Gerle Creek Campground sits at 5,300 feet elevation on the banks of the Gerle Creek Fork in Eldorado National Forest, just upstream of Gerle Creek Divide Reservoir. Named for early local settlers, the site offers single and double-family campsites with picnic tables, campfire rings, and vault toilets. Drawn to water play and trout fishing, visitors can use an on-site accessible fishing dock or walk the paved Gerle Creek Interpretive Trail. Union Valley Reservoir and Loon Lake are nearby for additional boating.
