Mount Diablo's lowest family campground, nestled in a wooded glen at 1,450 feet elevation just one mile above the South Gate Entrance Station. 22 campsites with picnic tables and fire rings; water, flush toilets, and showers available. RVs up to 20 feet accepted, no hookups. Located near Rock City's distinctive sandstone formations and exceptional hiking across the park's network of trails through Diablo Range terrain.
