North Grove Campground at Calaveras Big Trees State Park near Arnold. 74 campsites set within mature conifer forest surrounding North Grove Meadow, within walking distance of the giant sequoia groves. Elevation 4,680 feet. Sites accommodate tents and RVs up to 30 feet, each equipped with picnic table, fire ring, and bear-proof locker. Amenities include restrooms, token showers, running water, and a dump station. Seasonally open May through September with limited service other months.
