Group campground at Calaveras Big Trees State Park across Highway 4 from the main entrance. Two group sites accommodate 40 and 60 people with 15 and 20 vehicle parking spaces respectively. Within walking distance of giant sequoia groves. Each site includes picnic tables, fire rings, and bear lockers. Amenities include coin-operated showers and running water. Operationally open June through October. Reservations available through ReserveCalifornia.
