Lynx Campground sits at 5,600 feet in a ponderosa pine forest along the west shore of 55-acre Lynx Lake, seven miles southeast of Prescott. The facility contains 35 asphalt-paved sites with picnic tables and fire rings, including selected sites with ramadas and three fully accessible spaces. Amenities include vault and flush toilets, drinking water, and trash dumpsters. The lake features a boat ramp accommodating electric and low-horsepower motors. Multi-use trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding surround the lake, and recreational gold panning is permitted nearby.

Road difficulty 1 of 5 -- an easy drive in. Recorded as fully maintained, paved, pitching to 6%. Overhead clearance here is posted at 14 ft -- the tightest site sets the limit.
