Frazier Group Campground sits at an elevation of 2,200 feet in the Sonoran Desert overlooking Roosevelt Lake. Designed for group use, it features a large open parking area for trailers and vehicles, a group shelter with tables, grills, fire rings, a stock watering trough, water hydrants, and vault toilets. Hikers, mountain bikers, and horseback riders can access the Arizona National Scenic Trail via the Frazier Trail, while the Tonto National Monument cliff dwellings and scenic desert drives are nearby.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.

The Theodore Roosevelt Lake shoreline is 0.1 mi off. Deer Hill stands 1,634 ft above the site, 2.2 miles southwest. Exposed here -- the nearest through road is 0.1 miles off, a single-site campground. Night skies measure Bortle 4 -- a rural sky with a glow on the horizon. A group campground -- one sits on the water, most of them shaded. The nearest town, Tonto Basin, is 15 mi off.

September normals 6997°F, 1.2″ rain. Monthly averages, PRISM 1991–2020.
