Woody Mountain Road Dispersed Camping Corridor (FR 231) in AZ

A highly popular dispersed camping corridor located south of Flagstaff along Woody Mountain Road (FR 231). This corridor winds through scenic ponderosa pine forests within the Coconino National Forest. Because of high recreational usage, the forest service manages this area under a designated-dispersed camping framework to protect the local watershed and forest resources.
