Reef Townsite Group Campground rests at an elevation of 7,200 feet on rock formations in the Huachuca Mountains. Located on the historic site of an old mining town, the campground retains visible ruins and features the Reef Townsite Loop Trail, an interpretive historical walk at the edge of the grounds. The facility accommodates up to 50 people with a shaded picnic shelter, six picnic tables, two group barbecue grills, two preparation tables, vault toilets, and a cleared tent area. Hikers and mountain bikers can access broader Coronado National Forest trail systems nearby.
