Sugar Loaf Park sits on the shores of Greers Ferry Lake in the Ozark Mountains, surrounded by a forest of oak, cedar, elm, and gum trees. The campground features 70 sites, 55 of which offer electric hookups, along with flush and vault toilets, showers, drinking water, a dump station, picnic shelter, playground, and a boat ramp. Visitors come for lake fishing, boating, water sports, and wildlife viewing. Nearby, the Sugar Loaf Mountain Island National Nature Trail is reachable by boat and provides a 1.5-mile hike to panoramic summit views 1,001 feet above sea level.
