Star of The West Campground is a first-come, first-served facility located where the Little Missouri River flows into Lake Greeson. Set among loblolly pine, oak, and gum trees, the site offers 12 non-electric campsites, a restroom building, and two drinking water hydrants. There is no electricity or on-site boat ramp; watercraft access is available at nearby marina and campground ramps. The surrounding public lands support game fishing and water sports on the lake.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.
