Setting
Dam Site Park sits at the base of Round Mountain along 30,000-acre Greers Ferry Lake in the Ozark Mountains. The park is forested with red cedar, oak, gum, and pecan trees. It offers 211 campsites, including 131 with electric hookups and 40 with full water and electric hookups. Amenities include flush and vault toilets, showers, drinking water, a dump station, a playground, a swim beach, a boat ramp, and a full marina. The nearby William Carl Garner Visitor Center and Greers Ferry National Fish Hatchery offer exhibits and tours.
Getting there: From Heber Springs, AR, take SR-25 3 miles north and follow signs to the campground.
