Setting
Bidwell Point Campground rests under an oak and pine canopy on the shores of Norfork Lake in the Ozarks. The facility offers waterfront sites with electric hookups, a large swim beach, a playground, and a reservable electric-equipped group shelter for up to 200 people. Boaters and anglers use the direct lake access for water skiing and fishing for striped bass, black bass, and crappie. Nearby attractions include the Robinson Point National Recreation Trail and the 1.2-million-acre Ozark National Forest just south of the lake.
Getting there: From Mountain Home, AR, travel 9 miles east on US 412/62, then 2 miles north on SR 101. Cross the lake on 101 bridge and take the 1st access road to the right. Follow signs into campground.
