Jennings Ferry Campground sits between the Black Warrior River and Clear Creek on the Black Warrior-Tombigbee Waterway. Surrounded by hardwood forests 100 feet above sea level, the facility provides 52 spacious campsites equipped with 50-amp electrical and water hookups and picnic tables. Amenities include a bathhouse with hot showers and flush toilets, a playground, and a boat ramp with security lighting for direct river access. A half-mile nature trail winds through the woods along the water's edge, making the campground a convenient base for boating and fishing.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad. Sits on broad, near-level ground.

A river runs 0.1 mi off. Exposed here -- the nearest through road is 0.7 miles off, a 52-site campground. Night skies measure Bortle 4 -- a rural sky with a glow on the horizon. Open country -- nothing named rises within 30 miles of here. Most sites here have an electric hookup. The nearest town, Eutaw, is 5.6 mi off.

September normals 6487°F, 3.8″ rain. Monthly averages, PRISM 1991–2020.
